Playa De Los Pocillos Holidays

A tranquil seaside haven

Take a load off and unwind in some truly blissful surroundings – Playa de los Pocillos holidays are a beach lover’s dream. Compared to its slightly livelier neighbours of Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife, Playa de los Pocillos is peaceful, low-key and laid-back, with a family-friendly feel – and it’s also on the southeastern side of Lanzarote and is just a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Activity at this tranquil seaside haven centres around the glorious sandy beach, where small children will love paddling and splashing in the sea, which is much gentler here than on other parts of the island. Nightlife slants more towards live music and outdoor eating than out-and-out clubbing, but if you fancy a big night out, stroll along the seafront promenade all the way to neighbouring Matagorda or on to buzzy Puerto del Carmen for restaurants, bars and a whole lot of fun.
