1. Introduction

These are the legal Terms of Use which apply to your use of channels, including our website and our app (our “Channels”), which are owned by easyJet holidays, a company registered in England with registered office at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF, with company number 11927917

In these Terms of Use, when we refer to “easyJet” or to "we", "us" or "our", we mean easyJet holidays.  When we refer to "you" or "your", we mean you as user of our Channels.

By using our Channels, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, whether you proceed to make a package holiday booking with us or not.

2. Permitted Use

easyJet holidays permits you to use our Channels strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Use of our Channels for any other purpose is prohibited. 

If you are an individual or an entity that provides a service to passengers to book easyJet package holidays on their behalf, such as travel agents, tour operators or travel management companies (“Agent”), you are not permitted to use this website to make bookings. 

In using our Channels you agree:

to link to our website only through the home page www.easyjet.com unless you have obtained our express written consent (which may be withdrawn at any time) to link to any other pages of our website;

not to use frames to present the link;

not to use the name “easyJet” or any other easyJet branding, or any content on our Channels for any purpose other than for your personal and non-commercial use;

not to gather, extract, reproduce and/or display on any other website, app or other online service, any material on or from our Channels, specifically including information relating to easyJet package holidays, including by the use of ‘screen scraping’ software or any other automated means used to extract data; and

not to use our Channels to provide easyJet package holidays or ancillary holiday services or details of easyJet holidays or other information to any other persons or organisations other than for your personal and non-commercial use.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Channels’ content, data, appearance, underlying software, and any other material are subject to copyright, database right, trade mark rights or other intellectual property rights which are owned either by us or our licensors and may not be used except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use.  Any use of such materials other than as set out in these Terms of Use is prohibited. Some images and content are provided by GIATA GmbH and are copyright GIATA.

4. Breach of these Terms of Use

easyJet holidays will determine whether there has been a breach of these Terms of Use through your use of our Channels. If a breach has occurred easyJet holidays may take such action as it deems appropriate, including denying you access to our Channels, blocking or cancelling any holiday bookings made by you, bringing legal proceedings against you and disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities as easyJet holidays feels appropriate.

5. Liability

easyJet holidays will not be liable to you for any losses and/or damages suffered as a result of use of our Channels.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
