June, July and August are the months when Corfu sees the lion's share of its visitors fly in. The temperatures are bakingly hot, the beaches are heaving with stylish sunbathers and the sea is blissfully warm. Corfu's famous nightlife is also in full swing at this stage and there's a lively, busy atmosphere throughout the town.

Avoid the crowds

If you don't fancy the hustle of high summer, book your trip to Corfu between April and May or September and early October. These months offer plenty of dry, warm weather with lots of sunshine and far less competition for space on the beach and reservations at restaurants. The mild weather is perfect for hiking and you'll pay less for flights and accommodation.
