You can check your flight status using our online Flight Tracker which provides live departure and arrival information up to 48 hours in advance. Up-to-date general travel information is published on our Latest Travel Information page. All other questions will be answered by choosing the relevant option on the form below. We aim to respond to all questions within 28 days.
