Do I need any additional paperwork or tests to travel?

National and regional governments may have varying entry requirements in place, which are also subject to change. This may require those entering the country to meet several requirements including, but not limited to, providing evidence of a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test and completing specific forms prior to travel and, also, complying with quarantine requirements on arrival.

We strongly advise that all customers continue to ensure you are aware of the latest requirements and can comply with all entry requirements for your destination(s) both before and at the time of travel.

Do I need to wear a mask?

It may be helpful to have a mask with you, but wearing a mask is optional on all routes for you and our crew, and your choice will be respected.

What hygiene measures does easyJet have in place on board?

We include state of the art air filtration systems on every aircraft, this technology clears 99.97% of airborne contaminants in the cabin, including viruses and bacteria. These filters are also used in hospitals and replace cabin air every few minutes.

Can I pay with cash on board?

easyJet is a cashless airline, our preferred method of payment is contactless.

What should I do if I have Covid symptoms?

If you have Covid symptoms and are unfit to travel, please speak to your travel insurance company for support with changing your travel plans.

What if there are new local government restrictions affecting my travel?

If new restrictions are put in place such as a lockdown travel ban or a mandatory hotel quarantine, our Travel Restriction Protection offers you complete cover if your plans need to change.

Can I book Special Assistance?

We work hard to make sure that everyone can have a comfortable journey, whatever their needs. If you have a disability of any kind or your mobility is reduced and you need assistance please let us know.

When you advise us you need special assistance, we pass this information to the airports you are flying in and out of as they provide the assistance locally. Airports will be implementing their own safety measures in line with new recommendations and local health authority guidance. It is recommended that customers visit the airport website for more information.

To ensure that you are given the best possible experience, we ask that you add your special assistance request at the time of booking in the passenger details section, or you can log into Manage Bookings on easyJet.com and add your requirements or you can call our Special Assistance team, with your booking reference.
