The village is not very populated, the houses are old and only a few accommodations are available. There is one mini market, cafe above the beach as well as two tavernas along the road to Sidari. The road crossing the village ends in a small parking lot above Longas Beach. The beach is famous for stunning views to the sea and the sunset. It has soft yellow sand and high vertical cliffs.
